How pairing works

You generate a one-time code in finacra (Platform → Integrations) and paste it into the agent on first run. The agent claims the code and gets a long-lived device token that authenticates its pushes. The token lives in a single file on your machine (0600 perms) — finacra never sees your Tally / Marg credentials, only the agent does.

  1. Install the agent on the machine where Tally / Marg runs.
  2. In the agent app: paste the pairing code from finacra.
  3. Pick your company (Tally) or DB connection (Marg) — auto-detected when possible.
  4. Click Start loop. Done.

Already a finacra developer?

The agents are open-source workspaces in the finacra repo. Skip the installer and run from source:
